Villa Kunterbunt has been a home for us for many years. A few minutes from the beach, the city, the shopping center, the house is in an international neighborhood.
The main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms on 2 floors. A large terrace with barbecue, a cozy lounge and a long table where everyone can sit round out the upper floor. The upper and lower floors are connected via an external staircase.

The garden is large and offers many opportunities to retreat.
The property is very private and cozy.
There is an apartment available in the guest house. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
In addition, a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool.

A cozy holiday home just a few minutes walk from the sea and the city. 5 bedrooms, private pool, a large garden and a beautiful sea view allow you, even with a large family, to really enjoy your vacation. Our team is always available for questions.

The entire property is at your disposal. A small workshop house is closed and the upper rooms of the guest house are private. That's where we store our personal belongings.

We often have guests who do not rent a car. You walk to the grocery store and take a taxi back. Those who like to run can actually do without a car. But if you want to explore the area and don't feel like walking, you should rent a car at the airport. We are happy to organize transportation from the airport to the house for you.
